"Chef sets"
The word “set” is usually associated with a dj taking the crowd on a musical journey.
However at the Mandala we take the word to a different level,
inviting your tastebuds on a voyage of the culinary variety with talented traveling chefs
from around the world creating set menus for the evening.
From seven course gourmet adventures to live cooked vegetarian and seafood dishes in a variety
of styles from around the globe....we put the chef back on the stage!
